Megan Gates is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Neomorph, where she leads all aspects of the company’s recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent brand development. With over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Megan has built a career supporting scientific research organizations within the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Neomorph, Megan was the Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Research & Early Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she led recruitment strategy and execution for the global R&ED organization following the acquisition of Celgene. Her earlier experience includes talent acquisition leadership and consulting roles at Celgene, Bristol Myers Squibb, Amylin Pharmaceuticals, and Elan Pharmaceuticals.
