Ben Wen, PhD

Ben G. Wen, Ph.D. is Sr. Vice President of Biology and Pharmacology at Neomorph, where he helps integrate pipeline and platform efforts from early discovery to early development. He brings over two decades of drug discovery and translational research experience spanning oncology, immuno-oncology, and immunology across small molecules, biologics, and antibody-drug conjugates. Prior to Neomorph, he held scientific leadership roles at the Genomics Institute of the Novartis Research Foundation (GNF), where he led multi-disciplinary teams supporting multiple therapeutic programs. He earned his Ph.D. in Biology from UC San Diego and his B.A. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from UC Berkeley.
